Collaborating for the third time in 25 years, Kylie embarked on a full-scale renovation of her clients' three storey penthouse with all new bathrooms, kitchen, windows, flooring and lighting. Improvements were also made to the floor plan, opening it up to bring the

apartment more in line with how we live today. 

The client’s request was for a Hamptons style, which was a stark contrast to the previous style of the apartment. They asked us to incorporate lots of blues

and whites into the furnishings which always sits beautifully off the stunning coastline.
